In this, you will find there is a strong emphasis on resilience and inner peace, as of course they are all interrelated.

To get the most from this session, make sure you have about 30 minutes to relax. You may even want to do it at bedtime so you can go ahead and drop off to sleep. Also, for best experience, I’d recommend using earbuds.
