This is a guided meditation for love and forgiveness and letting go. I know with the Coronavirus going around, there is a lot of fear and uncertainty all around us. Let’s focus on love and the inner work of staying steady, calm and accepting of what is presenting before us.
This last week I’ve focused on letting go of negative energy and those things that cause emotional pain. I truly hope you find this guided meditation helpful.
