Gosh! What Do You Do In Retirement?

Well, for me, retirement is about doing all the things you’ve always loved, just more of it! I’ve always been a writer and artist and now I get to do tons of that annnnnnnd…. travel!

Yay!

I’m Sandra M Bell – Welcome! This blog has traditionally been about doing the inner work to be happier and at peace….We’ll still be doing that, but also throwing in some other fun things.

For instance, I just wrote a children’s book called Finding Gratitude With Sandy

Now that I have grands (nieces and nephews who are the most precious things ever), I really have a strong urge to help youngsters find gratitude and positivity.

For years, we’ve worked together on our emotional health. Now, we can turn and pass on those positive mind habits to the children we love so much.

Inner Work for Next Level You!

I can’t wait to share this amazing book with all of them as I believe you can’t start early enough with teaching gratitude. I want them to look for the glass half full, not half empty. This is beautifully done and teaches the concepts in a fun and engaging way. Love it!
