This program is a self-paced intensive hypno-series designed to change your relationship with food and create the healthy eating habits and active lifestyle that will help you achieve your ideal body and keep it! It includes guided hypnosis meditations and short meditations that are alternated and repeated over a 4 to 6 week time period to ingrain new beliefs and behavioral patterns at a very deep subconscious level for a new slim and fit mindset.

How it works:

You will get access to all eight video recordings immediately after purchase. There is a hypnosis and meditation recording in each section, meant to be alternated and repeated for a week before going to the next section.  However this is a self-paced course, so you can listen and repeat the series in any order that feels best for you. Repetition is key, as it helps ingrain new ways of being and acting in the world as well as strengthens your new image, your new behavioral patterns and your resolve.
