Today’s post contains a guided hypnosis meditation for deep sleep and healing. It combines soothing music with the sounds of flowing water. Also for the healing part of this hypnosis, I’ve incorporated beliefs, ideas and revelations of individuals that have experienced spontaneous healings, also called spontaneous remissions. These are interjected once your brain waves are slowed to a theta state – when your subconscious mind is open and receptive.
